WARNING! It has come to our attention that MINExpo® exhibitors are being solicited by an unauthorized provider of directories called FAIRGUIDE. This is a solicitation that can cost exhibitors several thousand dollars a year.
As a reminder, Ascend Integrated Media is the only official show directory publisher, producing both print and online versions for MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2012. Please disregard all solicitations from FAIRGUIDE / Construct Data Publishers. They are not affiliated in any way with National Mining Association, MINExpo®, Ascend or Hall-Erickson, Inc. Those who have already signed the FAIR GUIDE form may consider the option of immediately transmitting a letter revoking the signature explaining that the form was misleading and confusing. Talk to your legal counsel about other options.
We have designed this online manual so all of the information and forms are grouped into tabs in the left-hand margin. Mouse over each tab on the left to see what pages and forms are included in each section.
The Table of Contents and Deadline Dates pages contain convenient hyperlinks that immediately “connect” you to any page in the manual. Additionally, you’ll find links embedded throughout the manual that allow you to link directly to a specific task like registration or housing.
To order services from any of the official MINExpo contractors, click on the Official Contractors/Order Forms tab, where you’ll find an alphabetical listing of suppliers. In most cases you have the choice to order online or if you prefer, download a pdf order form.
