If you are interested in reserving a meeting room during MINExpo 2012 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, please fill out the Meeting Room Request Form. Every effort will be made to accommodate your space and date request(s). If you are planning to hold more than one meeting, please complete a form for each one.
All requests must be made no later than August 3, 2012.
